Hello there! My name is Kagome Higurashi! Until my birthday, I was a normal junior high student just trying to get good grades. Then, I fell down the bone eaters well, which was hidden within my family's shrine!
Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I fell into a different time and dimension! I met a half demon named Inuyasha who had been pinned to a tree for 50 years in the warring states era, and 500 years in my own time!
It was then discovered that I was a reincarnation of the late Lady Kikyo, whom had died with a jewel called the Sacred Shikon Jewel. It was inside my body, which was the reason I was able to travel to this era.
Kikyo and Inuyasha were lovers 50 years back, until a evil demon named Naraku pinned them against each other in an attempt to darken the scared jewel.
It failed, and with that Kikyo pinned Inuyasha to the scared tree, and died, jewel in hand.
On accident, I broke the jewel, and it divided itself into tiny shards! Inuyasha, of course was mad at me, but together we were able to find shards.
On this journey we made new friends! Shippo, who is a curious little fox demon, we met during a battle with the Thunder Brothers! Miroku, we met in his attempt to steal my shard. Sango, we met when Naraku tricked her into believing Inuyasha killed her entire village!
