Well, since I made a thank you panel-thingamajigy for thanking Sosay, I guess that I should thank everyone else who's given me a gift before in this panel as well. Let's see here... just give me a second.... Gah! I'm a horrible person, I can't remember anyone !! Well, no, I remember two people. A thank you to Lance 1278 for giving me an Oak Bokuto (at least, I think that was it) for my birthday. It was my first birthday present on Gaia so, even if it was small, it meant a lot .

Meriting a whole paragraph to himself is the awesome Cobra_X, who really should be given an entire box for his awesomeness if it weren't for the fact that I was too lazy to make one . That, and it might have made me look slightly stalkerish, which is Shira's job . On his birthday, Cobra decided to celebrate it hobbit-style and give presents rather than receive them. Through it, I received Inari's Beads, my first really expensive (which is anything over 100k to me) gift and is still the most expensive object in my inventory. Actually, if memory serves me correct, it's the first gift I've ever received. A huge thanks to Cobra, by far the most generous person I know (somewhat) personally and one of the best (if not the best) rper I've ever seen .

Next up is XxEnslavedNekoxX, who gifted me a White Patterned Short Kimono when all I did for her was photoshop a couple pictures together. Even though it was technically in exchange for something, I still feel that I should thank her because it was a lot more than I expected for such a small favor .

This portion will be about a new friend (well, new at the time I'm writing this) named kagome339. At the moment, I'm not sure how long this friendship will last seeing how she seemed to have appeared out of the blue, but I hope that it lasts for a while. When she sent a friend request to me, Kagome also sent a gift from my wishlist as a sort of introduction of sorts. Thank you Kagome for the Violet Okobo !

Last time it was a new friend, now it's time for a complete stranger. For whatever reason, after seeing my quest thread in the guild Oh My Gold!, Zeixe decided to donate 50k to my quest, which was for Lumiere Noire at the time. Now, keep in mind that he was a complete stranger. I had never met him or even remember seeing him anywhere, and trust me, I think I'll remember seeing an avatar picture as good as the one he had in his signature. He didn't even post in my questing thread that he had donated . The trade had come from completely out of the blue (a bit later I found out that it really was out of the blue seeing how Zeixe donated simply because he felt like it). As expected for anyone in a situation like that, I was completely surprised by the sudden donation and kind of hesitated to take it. Eventually, though, I accepted the donation and did my best to thank Zeixe and show my gratitude through the only medium that the internet offered me: typed words. In retrospect, I still feel somewhat guilty that typing up my thanks was all I could do in return . The next thing I knew, he offered another donation, and this time it was much bigger: Zeixe had set up a trade with a Lumiere Noire, the 200,000+ item that I had been questing for. Now, I was really, really unable to believe what was happening . However, the best part was yet to come. Before accepting, I posted a comment in my thread about how I felt somewhat guilty accepting such a large donation from someone who was basically a stranger to me even in terms of the internet, where everyone is basically a stranger. Zeixe posted back saying:
"It's a donation, so your appreciation for it is enough. You don't have to do anything for me, just being happy because you got it is good enough. Besides, I don't usually do donations, and when I do it's when I really want to and for this, I want you to have it."
which ranks up there in the top two most generous things I've heard on Gaia (sorry, but Cobra's epic choice to give out gifts on his birthday is hard to beat ). That by itself, the reason, made me happier than any donation could or would .

A very large thanks peipeiyo, another random stranger who suddenly donated to me one day. Like the last random stranger, this was also through the Oh My Gold! guild. Even if he did give the excuse of not really needing the Kottan Bell he donated, his gift is no less appreciated (that and I kind of find it hard to believe it completely when people say they don't need items ). Now.... Hmm.... Great, I really wanted to write a lot more than just this for such a large gift, but I can't think of anymore to write seeing how we haven't communicated all that much . I'm sorry peipeiyo, even though you gave me such a great gift ! I assure you one thing, though, (as random as it is saying something like this right now) with all the help I've gotten, I'll definitely finish this quest ! It'll be shameful of me if I didn't !

Alright, before there were two strangers and now we're going to head back to people I've known for quite a while . This time, it's X_Oxy_X who randomly and generously donated a Red and Green Hanbok . Many thanks to her. Even though the hanbok wasn't a part of my dream avi, I was still excited to get it mainly because it's the traditional Korean dress. Seeing how I'm Korean, I figured that I should probably have one just because. The problem was, I was too busy trying to save up for my dream avi items (which are all currently over 200k ) to use my own money to get it. Thus, once more, thank you very much Oxy !!!
And yet another thank you to Oxy for the Black Geta ! Now if only it was visible when I wear it with the Red and Green Hanbok ....

Here's a new name to this post but a very old one in my memory. Simply for attending the Halloween party, which also served as the anniversary party of sorts, at the Inn of Peace, the very first guild I've joined and the one that introduced me to the joys of rping, the much cherished Zulma san gifted me a very cute DandiDooDad Spore . Admittedly, I'm kind of having trouble finding anything to match it with, but only because my closet is almost completely dedicated to black color schemes . Still, doesn't stop the item from being so cute . Thank you thank you Zulma ! Oh, and while I'm at it, also thank you very much for coming up with the ingenious idea for an inn of peace during the 2009 (woah, that long already?) Halloween event ! If it wasn't for that, I probably wouldn't be on Gaia right now . You're the best innkeeper ever ! And not because you gave me a gift .

I know I sort of mentioned this earlier, but I'm Korean myself, so even though its hard for me to wear the item decently, I still love it just as much as an item that's perfect for my wardrobe . Although, now that I have two Korean dress items, I suppose I should buy some extras that suit them ? Well, whatever, I can still wear them perfectly fine as is. Once more, thank you Tero! Thanks to the ever-generous Deqqy (or Virgil-One? I don't know who exactly is responsible for this contest ) for a total of 100k in runner-up prizes, a very giving Gaian who goes so far as to publicize his contests on Facebook . The grand prize of the contests are usually highly coveted items like the Ancient Katana, and that's normal for his prizes. Yep, he does not hold back on his gift-giving. I suggest you guys take a look at his facebook page (I'm going to assume he wants word of his good deeds to spread) and like it if you're interested in entering any of his future contests. It's definitely worth a shot . I actually feel sort of embarrassed with the way I reacted to his first trade request... I've never been good with names and sometimes even faces. Sadly, this extends even to nice people, so when I saw the trade request from some unknown person, my first reaction was speculation, suspicion, and shock. Something along the lines of o_O ?... Only after seeing the 50k and viewing Deqqy's profile (along with the comments on it) did I remember that I had entered the contest .

I received yet another prize from Virgil-One. This time, a whopping 1 million, which I am very very grateful for. It's a huge step to getting Shibuya Nobody for me, one of the most expensive items on my wishlist (as well as one of the items I've wanted for the longest time). If you haven't checked out the contests on his facebook page yet, I highly suggest that you do. It seems he and his group of helpers take the time to read through the entries and pick them out based on quality rather than just picking them out randomly, a practice I both applaud and am awed at. I mean, can you imagine how much time that must take ? I certainly can't . Of course, it's very nice even when I'm not a winner . I quite enjoyed reading the entry of the grand prize winner, and even a few of the entries of my fellow winners (the ones that I randomly chose to look up that is ).

Now comes my birthday presents for 2011. The first person to give me a present for my birthday was my long-time friend White Water Lilly. Her present was a very much appreciated August 2011 monthly collectible, which, coincidentally enough, is my favorite monthly collectible that has appeared while I've been on Gaia. Must be faith, eh? My favorite monthly collectible that I've seen appear is for my birthday month . Well, back to the main point. Out of the blue, Lilly gives me the monthly collectible as a present and from it I chose the Antique Keymaster. So yay ! For those of you who don't know, I absolutely adore key-based items . Therefore, even though it's not a part of any quest I have in my mind, I'm extremely appreciative of this present ! Now, time to tackle the problem of finding items to match it with. I never thought it'd be a problem, since the item is mostly black but.... Hm, well, the put it shortly, the small bits of ivory are really bugging me. I don't have anything even close to that shade.... Oh well, it's a key item. I have all the reason to be happy and no reason to complain . Once more, thank you and thank you Lilly!!!

The second present-giver has already appeared on this list and is a long-time friend of mine. I think not including people I've met in the Inn of Peace guild (my first guild), he's the person on Gaia that I've known the longest. In truth, he was actually MIA from Gaia for quite a while. Lance1278 gave me the cool-looking Blue Headphone Hoodie. Right, another thing I really like, music-based items . Actually, now that I think about it, there's quite a lot that I like .... Oh well, back to the point. Here comes Lance, mysteriously appearing after what's got to be more than half a year of absence (it was so long that I thought he'd quit Gaia or something more, um, unfortunate had befallen him) to give me a birthday present... after his birthday had passed ! I mean, honestly, I have nothing against receiving a late present, I appreciate it just as much as any other present, but, seriously, to give it to me after his birthday had passed ? Come on! Now I just feel guilty that I haven't thought to give him a present . It also doesn't help that I don't have enough gold to get him any of his wishlist items.... Right, meager rant over. Even with all of my frustration, which is directly more at me than anybody else, I am extremely thankful to Lance for his present. Domo arigato Lance.

Now comes the start of the 2011 holiday gift-giving. Truth be told, I usually hole myself up in my guilds. However, come the Gaia events, such as Christmas and Halloween, I start lurking through threads chatting and entering contests . My first gift came from a contest, [watch them glitter in the light], hosted by mistakeshavebeenmade (quite the interesting name). Thank you mistakeshavebeenmade for the Nouveau Winter item . It was very generous of you to give all of the participants in your winter-themed Christmas avatar contest a gift. In addition, your help in gathering alchemy components for the winter event was also much appreciated. It really did help me a lot. Then, finally, was the Underland CI, which I saw as the best prize . I loved reading Alice in Wonderland, so when the Underland CI came out, I was interested in it. I never thought I'd actually get it, though. Thank you very much ! While the giveaway might have been small (page-wise) compared to some of the others I've been in, it was still one of the best I've been in. It was nice talking to you even if it wasn't for all that long .

The next contest I was lucky enough to win a prize in was Santa Grab Bag hosted by Santas body guard. Actually, lucky isn't enough to describe my luck . In the first time I participated in the contest, I (miraculously) won Maximilian the Snowdog. Yes, so cute and fluffy . He's so adorable ! Erm, ahem, back to the topic (Maximillian is still very cute) the overall idea of this giveaway was magnificent. Instead of endless dice-rolling, there were set times to dice roll. Very creative and very pleasing to my tastes, as it allowed me to talk to others without having the pages be flooded by dice rolls. It was so miraculous . Besides Maximilian, I've also won plenty of other unforgettable prizes . Among them are the Thief of Dreams and Penginni the Penguin to name just two . Oh my! Oh my! Penginni's color scheme goes well with most of my stuff and he adds a nice, humorous touch. As for the Thief of Dreams. Well, it's an item I never imagined to own. I feel honored. As soon as I played with it a bit and saw the tattoo, it immediately became a part of my dream avatar .

(EDIT- Uh... oh... UH-OH... I can't believe I ... I somehow forgot that I won Maximilian and thoughtlessly sold him off . Of course, it's not a big problem or anything of that sort. I just feel guilty for having sold something off when it was given to me as a gift, even if it was won from a contest. I apologize Santas body guard. I apologize very, very much .)

The holiday gifts just keep on going, even after Christmas is done and over. This time, it's my first actual gift. Not something I won by being lucky (like with cute little Maximillian), talking the most (can't forget Underland), or making a tektek (that one was close, though, as I didn't really win the contest but still got something). A very grateful thank you to Facade of Emotions for the Cowhide Santa Hat that Christmas-fied my avi without breaking its color scheme . Well, almost. I have to admit that the whites were a bit too gray for my tastes, but who can complain :S ? It's hard enough finding a black and white santa cap . Thank you very much Facade for your kindness and thoughtfulness by gifting me a santa hat .

Just need to execute it, which I probably will once the holiday season is over . I was a lot less active in contests this Christmas season, so it was nice to receive gifts from anons. Next is the sweet Sweet Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cupcake from Belle Frost. Really, I was just kidding around when I asked her to send me some of the delicious-sounding cupcakes she created. When I saw the gift she sent me, it was quite the pleasant surprise . I still want those cupcakes, but I'm grateful for this substitute. Truth be told, I'm not too sure what I'll use the cupcake in after I switch avatars, but I shall try my best to find something . If not... Well, it's a cupcake ! Thank you very much, Belle Frost !

As one of the original members of the Inn of Peace, she's one of the people who got me into rping in the first place. I just wish I could continue rping with her and everyone at the Inn of Peace . Sadly, I just can't seem to re-adjust for some reason. Enough about me, though. Back to the thanking and the present . I thank her for the Natural Jade Oblong Beads. A very simple and modest item, but something I feel I can use as a nice touch to several outfits. Very useful, I think. I'm sure I'll be using it some time in the near future. Contrary to how this comes after the three other presents for this year, Azana's gift was actually the first I received .

Well, most people on Gaia have a dream avi and some have multiple ones. As a result, I figured that I should make one myself, especially since I was really bored. Either way, here it is. Originally, the two dream avis were just different versions of one dream (with the top one being the one that I knew was impossible for me to get unless I won the lottery or something) but, over time, I started adding new items to the bottom one and changing it bit by bit. Over time, the bottom avi became something very different from the top avi. Then, the top avi evolved into a different color, a trend which I plan to continue. Meh, I guess that's just how the world works . So far, though, I only have orange, blue, and green... sort of. Alright, sue me. I really like dishing out tons of white and black (or brown in the case of green) into whatever I have.
