Yeah, cosplaying is pretty expensive sometimes, along with the whole convention in general. I wouldn't mind getting a hotel room, but I would at least want other people to stay/share the bill with me. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to see.
Yeah, it sounds awesome. I don't know, I always like the manga better for most things. Besides deathnote, but I dont know. I think I might go check it out soon.

Haha, sure, I'd just need the costume. Um, she wants to be France because France is a cat and makes a bunch of sexual inuendos. XD Haha, Lauren probably wouldnt mind as long as she was there. Um, I know a little about Hetalia like what a few of the characters look and act like but Im not completely familiar with it.
