The charity was founded on September 23, 2010. It actually began as a charity and quest thread, but became a full-time charity on November 16, 2010 (so that is technically it's real anniversary. xD) A goal was set up at 1mil worth of donations. Once the goal was reached, however, the charity had nowhere else to go. The thread hung in there until the anniversary came up, and then the owner renewed the thread with professional graphics to boot! A new goal of 5mil was put up, and the charity began its own quest to help gaians.
The charity still lives on today, and although posts are sometimes slow, donations are still made frequently.
