yes, but that is not a sufficient reason to ban without warning..it says when being banned you will recieve a warning before they ban you..he got no warning..simply went to log on and it told him..'this account had been banned' .and especially not a perma-ban..s**t like that only causes a three day ban..



he has been permanently banned from that account..gaia needs to rethink banning peoples accounts..untill then they made money off both him and myself towards mc's and what not..now neither of us support this site as we once did.
