Hello there.

Call me Jonni. I’m sixteen, and I live in a wholly unremarkable slice of American suburbia. I have an unfortunate tendency toward procrastination and a penchant for clockwork, calliopes, & other anachronisms.

Reading and writing have always gone together for me. I adore mythology, folklore, all that sort of thing, but I tend to ramble all around the literary/genre spectrum. As far as music goes, I’m into cabaret, showtunes, gypsy music, often blended with rock or punkish elements, but I'm also quite open minded.

That's it for now, I suppose. I'm terrible at this kind of thing -- describing myself & whatnot. Now for a few of my favorite things:

If you like gypsy tunes, you ought to give the Empty Hats a listen. Irish-ish vagabonds, some of it sounds almost Pop-y, and their stories are great.

I live in Canyon Country, CA just across the valley & up the hill from Magic Mountain & I work in Hollywood across the street from the Kodak Theatre Complex! Yu'll like "Lanterns" I'm sure & THNX for the link to "Cyborg"...did LOVE that quirky little flick! Would LUV 2 see it again!

Hi Jonni...remember me? Chated 'bout "...Cyborg" & WOW...just watched "Raise the Red Lantern" AGAIN...caught it @ the beginning on some FREE chnl.! Still have it on my Netflix Wish List too!
U see it yet? I wanna see that cute "...Cyborg" filck agian too, but I forget the whole name..."So You Think You're A Cyborg"? "I'm a Cyborg & That's OK"? LUVED how she tried to get Energy by licking batteries! L8tr Jonni! WAY PAST Bed Time yet again! ^_*
