Hey sorry for not responding. My computer restarted again so I decided to shut it off for the night. Anyway when it restarts I see the blue screen with a whole bunch of information. I couldn't read everything because it automatically disappears to the "welcome to Hp" and then after that I see a black screen. That screen says if I want to start windows normally, on safe mode, and then there were two other choices. I don't know where to find the log file. It just says "write an event in the log book" with a check box.
