So. Why was laptop still on when I got up? Did turn off, lid was near shut, do so only when all is done. One other time this happened - what message do I miss? Only that I shut down w/o toss cookies, so gaia hold on? That may be.

Well. At least do not have machine ansering me when have no modem. Still think that Radio Shack trimline phone had one built in. family communications not THAT good. But that one got fried during repair. Hmm.

Ah. Memory serves. Unplugged all electronics, used Radio Shack keyboard, little one. Where is it? Here, but...so many boxes still from move. That keyboard kept me sane. And family chat w/o modem didn't fry the desktop, the mechanic later did. Lost my friend from India that way, when hard drive fried. Wasn't frying the computer hurt so (tho did hurt) was losing a heartfriend. Had promised to write to her...aw. She was good. Had to redo M.A. in English after had one in India - why? Never understood. We were both poor churchmice but god friends. And I have no idea where she is. Fried harddrive like EMP, nothing left, broken bits, shards...oh my...do know where poetry file is, did pull it out after talking with Kennarulz11 - and that is also an open question, user - I do think I know.

Need some music. Really did not have enough sleep. Counter shows no friends on. Wonder if is true. If so, is very early for no friends.

Strange. So much lag on comments showing up tonight - keep following messages and find comments already read. Not near all due to using back arrow rather than menu, either.

And am checking how many users on. Seems very quiet. Are bots not so many as thought or only in certain places or after certain people or what?

Suspect are not ... hmm ... yes, could be. Misguided intention to protect? Naw.

Is not good to take self too seriously, and yes is extremely dangerous thing to say emperor has no clothes. So. Would rather choose to appear crazy than to lose war by ignoring fastastic truth.

Have been ashamed for being foolish before. Can tolerate that. What could not tolerate would be to allow harm by not being alert.

fyi - If you are in the Bay Area and ducking, I have a share. A Thousand Cranes - do you know of it? - paperfolding a 1000 origami cranes out of paper to ask for world peace -
This lovely lady folds earrings of paper - and, I assume, lacquers them. They are truly lovely. i bought two pairs today for $5 total and am very much pleased. It brought a moment of joy.

Cherokee Morning Song is putting me to sleep. I woke up from a sound sleep at 3:30AM with my right arm fully asleep (numb) - and never got back to sleep, and no naps. Long day.

Someone just notified me that my avi blew up her computer. May be true. If you copy Kitten Star, do NOT copy the url underneath. I was trying to add my badge and there was not room, but it isn't supposed to appear at all. I can't afford chancing getting kicked out of Gaia right now for low memory, so cannot change it now.

I am just trying to stay warm over here, the temperature has gotten cold and winter has arrived. 37 degrees Fahrenheit, and dropping. windchill is a lot colder than that.
