idk jayce. i mean, i will "just keep swimming" like my friend said. but i feel more akin to trying not to drown.
I've been trying not to drown for as long as i can remember and the older i get, the more exhausted i become and the more i wonder how much longer i can keep it up.

I must stress, i am not going to hurt myself.

just now there was a rly long soft earthquake. love laying in bed during quakes

I am having serious issues with my social anxiety. and my depression. i've totally withdrawn into a hole. I don't talk to anyone but my mum every day and my dad on wednesday.

I tried getting into my neopets account for some hidden fron people time wasting. they logged me out, after years of being logged in and now i cant get back in crying
years of my time gone crying

But yeah. Time away from the internet. It'snice. I don't really miss it. but then, i am in a seriously deep hole, so i wouldn't even miss air if it was taken from me.

Yep, there is nothing quite as fail worthy as when you take something and it makes the migraine an even worse experience. After like the third or fourth different drug I was so done with trying stuff for a while. emotion_facepalm

I saw a neurologist a number of years back and tried a number of the migraine specific prescription meds, but most made it worse for me. They kept giving me a major pressure feeling in my head and seizing up my neck/back. I ultimately found that Naproxen worked the best for me, which I was already using for my monthly cycle cramps. Your story actually reminds me of when I found Naproxen for my cramps. Taking one little pill is the difference between ending up in the fetal position on the floor for hours on end or moving around like nothing is wrong. It is not as affective on my headaches but it is enough where I can still at least feel human.

It seems like they have some great promises for the future in migraine meds though. I know they have been working on faster acting migraine medication. I hope you are able to find something better than aspirin. Have you checked with your doctor to see if there is a similar medication or other options that is under your insurance plan? I've had problems with the insurance in the past also not wanting to cover something. Sorry insurance companies, but the generic is not the exact same thing and for some of us it does make a huge difference. =(

I get aurora vision with most of mine. Going to the eye doctor was actually how I learned it was migraine related. The only plus is my eyes tend to bug out about 15-30minutes before the pain hits so it generally gives me time to take something beforehand and drastically improve pain management for it. Once the migraine pain gets bad it seems like the most you can do is take the edge off.

Thank you. I took some medication earlier and slept for a few hours so the pain is mostly gone but after bad migraines my head is always off for a day or two. It's like the thoughts just don't flow as smoothly as they should.

No worries, I'm not much better. I can't even get my posts somewhat grammatically right. I keep editing things only to see I edited it and made it worse. I'm going to blame it on having a headache all day. rofl

Iiiiick. Okay, that's beyond my realm of experience. My condolences. gonk

I hope they are caught soon, and that the hammer of justice is brought down heavily upon their heads!
