OMGOMGOMG! I tried to log in, and I can't! I think someone hacked me and stole all my items! smilies/icon_crying.gif
- Then you should fill out a Hacking Report

GAH! I did some avi art for someone, and when I gave them their drawing they never payed me my goldz! smilies/icon_scream.gif

Stupid user! I sent him an item so he could borrow it, and when I asked it back they never gave it to me! FFFFFUUUUUU

- Seems like a scam. Perhaps filling out a Scamming Report will help you.

ZOMFGKNDSJH!!! I added this user to my ignore list cause he was stalking me, but he made mules and keeps annoying me! I'm starting to get freaked out! smilies/icon_gonk.gif
- He's definitely harassing you. Filling out an Abuse/Harassment Report against the user should get the job done.

Some random facts about me:
  • Spanish is my native language, though I prefer to speak in English.
  • I'm twenty five.
  • My RL nickname is Blue, given to me when my friends decided my name was too common and I had a blue streak of hair which was not as common.
  • Some of my RL friends call me Tenshi, though, because that's how my old account was called.
  • I like to think I draw decent avi art, even though I don't draw very often.
  • I have a sweet tooth.
  • I have a thing for puzzles and logic problems and such.
  • I was in a choir for two and a half years.
  • I randomly break into song, especially if I have one stuck in my head.
  • I like to think I'm a WGer, even though I don't go there much. It's still my home forum.
  • My sister and I are connected in song. We randomly start singing the same song at the same time.
  • I had a pet chicken. She died when she was 5 years old. She was an epic chicken. My other pet chicken, Tomato, had to be given away because, long story short, my neighbor is an a*****e.
  • Other than that, I've pretty much never had pets.
  • My favorite band is currently The Xx.
  • I have a collection of books and nail polish. Both have over a hundred in them.
  • As you could probably guess, reading and painting my nails are two passions of mine.
  • I tried studying many things, but cosmetology turned out to be what I was passionate about. This is also ironic because I'm lazy and would much rather have my hair up in a messy bun than brushed, and I don't wear make up.
  • I'm quiet and to myself irl, but online I'm much more approachable.
  • I find people intimidating, especially online, and I still struggle understanding why.
  • I overthink pretty much everything.
  • I don't like going out. I prefer to stay in my room as much as possible.

I'm not good at making random facts about me, so if you're curious just ask!

Honestly, someone had quit being a dispatcher and they were kind of desperate at the time. Here, you just need a HS diploma to work dispatch so I was basically a shoe-in because I was the only applicant with a college degree. rofl

Right?! xD It was such a weird coincidence that I was struggling to find a weird story and then THAT happens. It was a literal s**t storm. rofl

Copy and paste from statements.... Another great law enforcement story: "I tried to push her over so she'd quit flashing her hoohah and then she cocked her butt and super soaked the dash, the console, and the audio video equipment with a fountain of poop" - my boss, The Sheriff

Lol just a day in the life of small town dispatch(ep) emotion_awesome

Today we had to place a woman in protective custody because last night she was suicidal and took a dangerous cocktail of prescription drugs and vodka, then this afternoon she escaped the hospital through the bathroom window wearing nothing but a sports bra and used her butt as a bio weapon.

LOL yeah the parents get hilariously confused. xD And the guys are like the most reasonable and dudes and they aren't even racist. It's awesome and sad that I would even have to brag about that because all cops should be reasonable, intelligent, and NOT RACIST. Ugh.

Oh! I didn't know that! Neat! surprised

lol yeah! Sometimes I try to call back and hope a parent will answer, but others, we can kind of triangulate a location so if it is at a residence, I will send an officer to just go check on everyone real quick just in case, but if it is on the road, I will let the officers know what happened and we kind of just kind of leave it at that. xD

This job IS super interesting but you really have to be on top of your game and it can get kind of stressful because if you ever need off work for anything, you MUST have the shift covered at all times. I was even called into work 2.5 hours early today. I like it a lot though. I also like that the officers are super amazing guys so it really redeems law enforcement perceptions because the media kind of makes officers all look shitty. D:

Oooh I might look into it then. Yeah! I loooooveee how the WG just treats everyone like family. Even when Riyo became a mod it wasn't a big deal.

But yeaaaaahhhh~ we get a LOT of drunk calls in the evening and night shift. There is one guy in particular that is a double leg amputee that lives in the country and gets drunk and wants to chit chat with the dispatchers or the officer and he will call 911 "BETTER HAVE AN OSSIFER OUT HERE I NEED CHECK WELFARE. TELL THEM SUMMBITCHES TO GET THEIR ASSES OUT HERE." lol it's ridiculous. We have some people that are always accusing others of stealing their pain meds and one crazy lady has like a super hoarded house and she calls every once in awhile when her wheelbarrow that is "antique" and has holes in it goes missing and then she finds it a week later----and repeat. The only prank calls we get are from officers---it's kind of a right of passage for new employees to deal with officer prank calls and other pranks. OH AND we get a lot of 911 calls from babies. The parents let them chew on old phones that aren't connected anymore but they don't realize the old phones can still dial out 911.

Oh man! I bet people annoy you with all kinds of dumb questions. Does the green name kind of make you into a Gaia celebrity or more like internet police? Back when I used Danjah all the time, I considered applying to be a mod because my bf for a short while was a dev, but then I lost interest after I graduated and my relationship didn't really work out. >>;;

Yeah! We live in a very tiny area full of farmland and country side so we only have 6 officers and 6 dispatchers for our entire county of about 2,000 people. The town I live in only has about 800 people living here so I fondly refer to it as Puppy and Kitty town. So! Anyway! Much of our 911 calls are mostly about cows out on the road....but sometimes we get kind of crazy calls. We have one major highway that goes through our county so our under sheriff has taken TONS of drugs and money from people on the highway and it's always fascinating to see our small department do so much to keep the streets clean and safe. Anyway! One story I like to tell a lot goes as follows; While I had just started out, I was working night shift and at about midnight I got a call from a trucker, "Yes, this may not be an emergency but I think I see a pair of headlights on it's side in the middle of a pasture..it just don't look right." Well, I send an officer over and he immediately has me call in Fire and an Ambulance because the headlights belonged to a semi-truck that had rolled out to the middle of the field, the truck was on fire, and the officer had to remove the unconscious driver from the vehicle that soon after, the gas tank exploded and it was just crazy. Just from that one 911 call that "might not be an emergency" we totally saved that guys life. We had more officers come out and the ambulance and fire fighters worked their asses off and the incident wasn't resolved until about 4 in the morning. Finally, everyone is back home and it's about 5am when I get another 911 call "Y'ALL BETTER GET AN OFFICER OVER HERE BECAUSE THERE IS A HUGE TARANTULA IN MY HOUSE AND I'M NOT TOUCHING THAT THING." and basically this really bad druggy girl I went to HS called 911 just because there was a spider in her house so I had to calm her down over the phone and let her know that everyone was out on a bad emergency and I wasn't going to send an officer. I talked her through getting a broom and sweeping the tarantula outside and when I was finally telling her goodbye she goes "Well if there was a snake in my house, you goddamn better send an officer" and I about lost it over the phone. xD It was a crazy night. Oh and one of my dispatcher friends likes to tell about how when he first started out, an old lady kept calling 911 because her TV was broke at 11PM and she thought that if an officer called the repair shop, they would answer even after hours. xD It was nuts. We have a lot of kooky old people around here. Lots of family feuds that have gone on for generations that are really silly too. 3nodding Things that are strange have become so normal to me though it's hard to really think of "interesting stories" because it's become so common to me. rofl
