Note, monkeys dont count, I don't know sign language, but I can lipread.

It's Flash-based, but on par with many of the shows I've listed in terms of animation. It's very smooth, and even LOOKS like an anime...without most of the anime-ish quirks like chibiness. =3 It is very neat, as is Generator Rex. I <3 those shows! >w<

I am an anime fan myself, didn't care for much western cartoons that weren't Star Wars, Transformers, Samurai Jack, or Invader Zim...then Avatar: the Last Airbender, Danny Phantom, and Teen Titans came along! 8D

Reasonable answer: Because a lot of people have discovered Friendship is Magic; the new MLP show that is more like the Power Puff Girls in terms of awesome, and not the typical MLP. Unlike the previous shows of the 80s, FiM isn't too sugary, it actually appeals to a wide audience; rather then just little girls. I myself enjoy it because it's a breath of fresh air in the DANK pool that is Western Animation nowadays. It, Young Justice, Generator Rex, GI: Joe Renegades, and Transformers: Prime are just a few examples of western cartoons that have restored my faith in western cartoons...

A more simpler version would be that the show is mighty awesome, well written, and occasionally random. =D
