Other than sci-fi vs modern earth settings, just how are COD and Halo games different? They play exactly the same, they look and sound the same (in all the ways that they can, considering the different settings and all), sure they have some different items and modes--but ultimately they are all the same. It becomes even more apparent when you compare two games of the same setting, Battlefield and Call Of Duty for example, very little difference there for the most part. What about if we do the ultimate comparion, COD MW vs COD MW2? Do you see what I mean now?
About TimeSplitters 2 and the Xbox, very nice, what modes have you been playing on that? Oh yeah, aiming in TS2, very much a challenge when used to the new console games or PC games. As for the graphics, no, it hasn't aged well has it? I am really looking forward to the PC remakes for this reason. Although it should be said that aiming and graphics are both something that improved a lot in TS3, I truly believe TS3 was the best console FPS of the PS2/GC/Xbox era, and even vs the Wii/PS3/360 era FPS games--TS3 was still more fun to play.
