Not really she is... grey xD
She does good things and bad things...everything for money or fun. But most of the time evil people are buying her services... because good people... never do that in anime/Manga/Books/movies xD
And yes^^ she is mighty enough to take every age, but because she likes small and cute things she wants to be a little girl with blond locks and frilly pink dresses xD

Haha a really really old person, a demon, or a witch, whenever something happens in the city8especially bad things xD) she has probably something to do with it. She is a summoner, a informant and... looks like a 12 year old cute girl in pink frilly dresses xD and has always a rabbit plushie with her that can let it's head grow until it can swallow people whole. She is in really good terms with Simon but Alecs is terribly scared by her, and she hates him because he calls her Granny xD
