Iniko Libido Mordacitas
"One born during a time of strife; of lust and sarcasm."
That is the very meaning of his name.
He was first granted the name of Iniko when he was originally manifested as an entity or an idea.
They say there was one who created all. Perhaps many. Regardless, a concept of origin and creation exists and has become the basis for belief systems amongst humans, that is.
Heaven before this realm's existence was a realm of it's own. God but another leader, a designer, inventor much like any talented being that ascends to greatness.
As with a man who has a vision to create, so did the so called God or Gods.
Long ago, Iniko lived as a resident of said realm. He was an emissary of love and compassion, what some might call a "Cupid", a low ranking "Angel". He was the last to be made of all them - not the last of the last, but his kind was the last "layer" to be formed. So, he was birthed with the name "Iniko" because of the current strife between the Almighty Light(God) and the Rebellious Darkness(Lucifer).
Iniko was able to catch Lucifer once, and out of curiosity asked him what he thought of love himself, since he saw that Lucifer's ideals differed from God's.
He was thus opened to new possibilities, and as his young mind wandered and pondered thoughts, his appearance and self-image began to change as well to reflect that of darkness. His wings had only began to grow as small things, and one had become tainted and slowly turning black.
Thus, his wing was torn off and he was cast from such a sanctuary. Although, he had not the power or rank that Lucifer had, and was not foretold to be imprisoned either. So, he "slept" in purgatory, with nowhere to call home. His mind slowly worked over the controversy within itself, until it became an infinite cycle of perpetual energy. Much like the big bang, his body was formed by a spark of friction, like a fire being born.
Many years later - infact, only twenty years ago on a Halloween, Iniko came forth into this realm within a dimly lit cavern upon a small shore, as the cavern was filled with water that lead out almost seemingly forever in the opposite direction. Small lanterns lit the area only enough for him to see, yet the waters seemed a murky black, even though they left no residue or trace amongst him.
He was confused and disorientated. And, he was in a body of flesh. He could feel as he took each breathe, the cold air causing a mist to form from his mouth with each exhale. He didn't understand what was going on, but it didn't scare him. He instantly wanted to know everything he could about himself and this area, and so he stood, looking around. He knew that the water had a coolness to it, and himself and the lanterns both shared the comfort and warmth of heat.
