It's funny that you still keep your identity as a writer when you don't have a lot that is current.
I haven't been able to write much at all this year, but one of my first descriptors of self is that I'm a writer.
I keep attempting to read Lovecraft.

I have to go to the college now. I have brutal midterm for 3:30, and I thought I'd study a bit more before letting it kick my a**.

I see the value in them, I just don't have the time to read them unless I'm forced to. Or that's what it feels like.
You should read some anthologies though. Like, get them from used book stores. The ones from the 80s are SO good.
Now I want to read your work.

Well, I don't think I need to study writing, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
I wish I were forced to read more good literature, because I just read short story horror anthologies when left to my own devices, so I'm missing out on some good literary references.
Psych is cool because it gives a lot to my writing. That was a must.
Anyway, people who are good at writing are often good at communicating - which is great for counseling!

Are you going to try for next September?
I didn't really know what I wanted. I knew I liked to write - but didn't want to starve.
So, psychology it was. Now I love it.
