Forbidden technique: If she decides to simply NOT believe in something (say she is shot she can decided to believe that she was not just shot) and whatever she disbelieves unhappens or disappears. It is a technique she can only use three times because of the tremendous strain it puts on her spiritual self, and she only has one more use.

Description:
She has very long blood-red hair pulled back into an ornate but neat Dragon Braid which hangs down to her knees. She has a tufted black vulpine tail which she is rather prideful of. She also has two large tufted black vulpine ears but she choose to not have those visible; but even so her hearing, already enhanced by her vampiric heritage, is further bolstered by her ears; invisible or not. her visible ears are elegantly tapered elven ears. She has a pair of skeletal wings extending from her shoulder blades, and she can alter their size, shape, and composition with a single thought.
She has crimson-red eyes which turn a dark blood-red when she is angered, and black when she is severely pissed off. She has pale ivory, almost translucent skin and porcelain features. She is about 5'3'' and weighs 125 lbs. The extra weight is solid muscle as Ikaru is very active and strong. Like her Carpathian step-mother, Shinya, she has the build of a dancer or a gymnast, while still retaining a soft, delicate air about herself which she uses to her advantage.
She has the normal vampiric fangs. But because of the blood she took from a fox shifter friend ((Chimera14 whom gave it willingly and gifted her with her traits)) thus giving her part of her fox shifter traits and abilities, the rest of her teeth are also rather sharp. She always enjoys showing off her fangs and sharp teeth.
She is wearing a top which consists of black leather straps and buckles, it covered her from her neck to just beneath her bottom ribs, and her arms all the way down to the tip of her fingers. Her arms were further covered by white material which covered her arms from wrist to elbow. She has orange ribbons wrapped tightly over the materiel to hold it to her arms. She wears a short black skirt which came to mid-thigh and she has black straps crisscrossing over the skirt and a chain wrapped around her slim waist. She wears heavy steel-toed boots which come to the base of her calves. The rest of her right leg is covered in strangely wrought black markings which extend up in tendrils a little past the top of her skirt. Also visible is a scar which extended from just beneath her final rib on her left side to just above her hip bone on her right. Extending out from her shoulder blades are a pair of skeletal wings which she can hide if need be, and she can alter their size and shape with a thought.
Personality:
Ikaru Sentinal is very, very playful almost to the point of being malicious. Which she is as well. She is a flirt and a very slight tease, but also incredibly loyal. She would never even consider cheating on her Beloved, Rhyushi, and no manner of creature could ever hope to tempt her away from him. She is full of love for all around her, especially those around her whom she considers her friends and family (whether by blood or inclination). Each and every one of them is dear to her and she would do most anything for them. She is especially self-sacrificing for those of whom she trusts and loves, those that she considers family. She would throw herself in harms way to defend them, and not think at all for her own well being. And she will not hesitate to come to the rescue for complete strangers if they are innocent and in trouble.
She is terribly loyal to her father figure especially, seeing as her own parents (by blood) had never been around when she was a child, and she had ran away when she was 10. And then they had died when she was 13, leaving her nothing to return to should she ever had wished it.
It was not a big loss for the child, in fact she rejoiced at their death. She would never had thought to return to them even if they had stayed alive. That was because when she had been around they were either abusive -beating her black and blue- or neglectful; ignoring her completely.
She makes friends easily, and has no discrimination. She likes all kinds. Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, Angels, Naga, Human, Bionic, or Organic; none of that matters to her. But if someone hurts her or one of her friends or family; she will almost never forgive them. She holds grudges for quite awhile unless someone can convince her otherwise, and even then she won't be warm to them, only civil. She also has no problem making her dislike known clearly. Other then that she is hyper for the most part, and always does her best to keep her friends and family in high spirits.
But like everything, Ikaru is a two sided coin. On the reverse side she truly enjoys battle. She is blood thirsty and malicious and vindictive in battle, even though she doesn't usually even take them seriously. She just enjoys flitting around and making a nuisance of herself to annoy and anger her opponent. She takes great joy in this. She also makes mocking and sometimes cruel comments to further anger her opponent. But she can be very violent and she is prone to battle-lust. She loves the rush of battle through her veins, loves spilling blood -be it her opponent's or her own- and she is almost addicted to the rush of chaos that she can channel through her body.
Ikaru obscurely also does not often hunt, she drinks donated blood for the most part. Her true reason for this is unknown, because no one has actually asked her yet.
Back Story:
The Vampire Princess known to all as Ikaru Sentinal was born with the name Milthra Kay Elane. Milthra was born to two human parents who lived in a small rural village aside a great dark forest. Her father was a skilled Fierier and her mother a talented Potter. They were named Draen Elane and Kione Elane. She had one older brother who was five years her senior and the heir to their father's work and she had two older sisters who were their mother's darlings. They were six and three years elder respectively. Her brother was Okon and her sisters were Aeela and Kyaine respectively. Milthra was the youngest, and her parents being not particularly nice people she was treated like the lowest of drudges.
She was given the most menial chores and was beaten almost daily. More if she 'shirked' her duties. She was not fed very well and her only clothing were the worn and almost unwearable castoffs of her elder sisters, worn to rags by the time they came to her. Her sisters only duties were to garden, mend, learn the fine arts of embroidery and music, and to learn their mother's trade. Her brother chopped the wood -a favor to his youngest sister whom he had a soft spot for-and learned his father's trade when he was not off with his friends hunting or drinking or whoring. That left everything else to Milthra. She fetched the water, fetched the fire wood, cleaned the house, did the laundry, gathered herbs and edible plants from the forest and garden, and was left to mend her own clothing with her negligible skill. The only thing she was not delegated to do was cook, as her family thought -rightly so- that if they allowed her to cook, they might very well be poisoned.
Her brother died of a fever when she was eight, and him being the only kindly person in her life she fell into a deep despair that could not even be beaten out of her. Her light had been lost from her, and she felt lost and alone. Life became even harder for her, but to their surprise -and her own- she rose to the challenge and grew stronger despite her lack of nourishment.
When she was ten she finally gathered her resolve and her small amount of belongings (nothing more then some ragged clothing, a old bag, a chipped bowl which no-one wanted, a torn and ragged dolly Okon had given to her which she had hid, and some broken culinary) and she ran away in the dead of night. She knew the forest well (at least the first couple miles) as it was her duty to gather herbs and mushrooms and dyes. So she hid herself easily, coming out only rarely in the middle of the night to steal back into town for news and items she may need. She taught herself to catch fish and snare rabbits, and to make campfires to cook her meals. She did well for herself, and for the first time in her life she was truly happy.
She found out one night when she was twelve by listening at the eves of the town gossip that both her sisters had died of the fever which had fallen her brother. And try as she might she could feel no compassion or pity or remorse for her fallen kin. And the following year her parents died as well, having lost their will to live after loosing all their children. She felt only a gladness that she would never again have to worry about them.
She continued to live in the forest, growing stronger and healthier, no longer being beaten black and blue or being malnourished. She grew into a beautiful young woman, her reddish brown hair falling softly to her waist and her amber eyes soft and alive.
One day when she was nineteen she ran into a man -who was not a man at all but a vampire- named Khaoz Ducky. She and him seemed to have a deep bond which they realized shortly after meeting, and she begged him to turn her. He agreed and she became his very first sireling. Her eyes and her hair turned red with the transformation and her skin a delicate pale. He renamed her Ikaru. He soon became King of the Chaos Realm and took the name Sentinal, and she did as well. She thus gains power from chaos, and is naturally a mischievous being anyways. She loves to spar and will except most any challenge. She is also loyal to all the rest of her quite extended family and would gladly sacrifice herself for their safety.
She adored him from the moment she saw him and was distraught when he died and now holds a deep loathing for his brother whom killed him.
Khaoz has since then returned, and Ikaru is elated. All of her family has been targeted by Slayers at one point or another, but again thankfully, none have yet succeeded.
Ikaru soon found a home in the Bar known as The Blood Lust -formally a Vampire Bar, but open to any species which may wish to visit, even Werewolves and Slayers- and has never found any reason to regret her choice to live there. The bar is almost a warehouse in look, and is by a forest and a beautiful lake.
Only a year after being turned and coming to Blood Lust she left for a crusade for near a century. She honed her vampiric skills, her shifter skills, her chaos powers, and bonded further with her Dragon Companion as they explored the land of Gaia.
Present Life:
Ikaru herself has three sirelings, and two grand-sirelings as well as two sisters, a niece, two aunts, an uncle, two brother and a grand siress. She adores all of her extended family except for her uncle, Khalai Solomai whom has recently killed Khaoz and is tormenting her brother Akhen. She loathes him deeply and yearns for his death.
And since Her sireling Myalin has just found a suitor it would seem that she had a new son-in-law-figure on the horizon. Good thing she liked him. Not for her. For him.
As well as her specific vampiric bloodline family, she has a multitude of very close friends whom she considers as family as well. Namea, Mango, Tam, Cryo, Kuja, Sylph, Maximilian, Arucard, Zlord, Mana, Lunar, Drassielle and Chimera.
She herself had had a short lived relationship with Sevvy7. She had been infatuated with the Luck Ninja and gave the man little choice about the matter. She just sprung it on him one day. But now, because he does not care for her as anything more then a friend, but does care deeply for her Soul-Sister Namea -who adored the Ninja-, so she has released him from their forced relationship; although it broke her heart to do so.
But now she is happier then ever, because her Soul-Sister is happy, and Namea's twin had been there to consul her. And Rhyushi-Namea was all Ikaru could ever want for in a man, and more, and her heart healed and filled with love for him. She adores him and is his utterly. She is feircly and possessivly devoted to him. But that does not deter her naturally flirtatious and teasing personality, but she never goes past teasing and flirtatious taunts.
Her favorite Sireling is Myalin, whom although chronologically 18, she appears to be 8. Ikaru utterly adores the girl and spoils her rotten. The girl has recently entered in a relationship with Wolfe Nalio -whom taught Myalin the fine art of shape shifting so Myalin can appear as her actually age- and Ikaru was a little skeptical at first -for a nanosecond- and then she was absolutely completely supportive and elated for her sireling.
She also has a young Bronze dragon -only a centuary old but close to full grown now- She keeps herself to the size of a house cat most of the time to enable herself to lounge about her mistress' shoulders. Her name is Gilbriania.
Gilbriania prefers to go by either Ania or Ana and is seen as Ikaru's daughter and sees Ikaru as her mother/mistress and is fiercely loyal. Her egg was created by another of Ikaru's sirelings, Diolo, whom is and was a scientific genius. A mad scientist if you will (except for the 'mad' part). Diolo had inserted a very -very- small ammount of Ikaru's DNA into the egg, and so Ana was in fact litterally her daughter by blood. Ana had quite a unrequited crush on his copper dragon, Acrid.
Ana now has a large crush on Namea's Shadow Cat Ookami (A valentine gift to her from Liekt; Sevvy's Shadow Cat). A crush which the little charmer returns quite readily.
Ikaru has a second daughter now, a Blood Gryphon. She had found the egg during her near centuary crusade with Ana and like with Ana's egg inserted a trace ammount of her DNA. Pandora is newly hatched, and is still quite small. She usually perches on her mother's head. Her sleek leonine body is black as pitch and her feathers are the same blood-red hue as Ikaru's hair. Her adolescent large eyes are a pale lavender and lack both scalea and pupil.
Khaoz has now returned to life and Ikaru is ecstatic. <3 <3
Also her stepmother Shi-chan has just given birth...to Akhen. And the older Akhen is still in existence. Life is interesting all around.
Khaoz left again for a shorter duration then before, but has now returned lacking much of his memories. He remembers Ikaru -to her utter delight- but thinks he is still married to Suzuka-sama, does not know Krael -his daughter-, Akhen -his son-, or even Myalin -his grand sireling via Ikaru- and many other people.
Ikaru, Akhen, Krael, Namea, and Suzuka are all aware of this problem and are attempting to fix the problem.
Ikaru also has her own personal inverse proportion dimensional pocket.
Ikaru has very recently joined the ranks of the Brotherhood of the Kyotenma of the Highground, a clan intent on taking control of Gaia.
Her beloved Healer -the twin of her soul sister Neshira-Namea- Rhyushi-Namea has just proposed to her, and she happily accepted. But due to the dangers of his line of duty, he died. Ikaru was inconsolable, as was Namea -his twin. The two helped eachother through the emotional time, and both have begun to move on.
Never a dull moment in the life of a Sentinal.
