Not overstepping at all. I'm closer to my friends here on Gaia than I am to most people in RL, so no worries. It's going great, actually. My ex-bf is currently my best friend and we are seriously close. Like, we go out to eat dinner and talk about life, I talk about my bf, he talks about this girl that he likes and we're close because we know so much about each other. It's the perfect friendship. emotion_yatta
Ah, I'm currently taking anxiety pills and they are working pretty well for me. I'm hoping that catching up with old friends will play a big part in winging myself off of the pills...here's hoping. (: I'm gonna take a nap now, but if you ever want to text me, I'll message you my number. ^_^
That's the smart way to go. I racked up a few thousand dollars in financial aid before I dropped my classes. I'm starting to think that maybe saving money and paying for the classes myself might be better in the long run, so you're not alone on that thought. :3
Congrats on your work, though. That's awesome. ^_^b And about the reconnecting with friends...I'm doing the same thing, actually. Tomorrow I'm supposed to go hang out with this girl that I haven't seen since 2008 (our HS graduation), so I'm kinda nervous. Lol
Nah, I don't think I'd make a great teacher. I'll probably go into Marketing or Public Relations? Something simple like that. We even have those departments here in the Hospital, so if I stick around, I could just transfer over whenever there is a position available. O:
Ah, I know the feeling. I'm currently on academic suspension with Financial Aid, so I had to pay for my 2 classes out of pocket this semester. Along with supplies, books and everything...not cheap. But I'm hoping it'll be worth it. I'm ready to go back...it's about time I focus on a career instead of a job. :3
I would hope so. My first test came back abnormal a couple of months ago. I have to go back next month for another test and if that one comes back abnormal, then they'll walk me through the next steps and treatments. Trying to keep my head up, though.
Yup, still working at the Hospital. Going on 2 years. ^_^ And it's ovarian cancer. It runs in my family and a few members have passed away from it this year.
