From the darkened shadows of Gotham lay a whisper so soft it was perhaps not able to be heard - soft indeed but harsh beyond compare and with such a word as cutting it was difficult for it to be anything but harsh. Large, psychotic eyes peered towards the waddling, quaint little bird known none other then the Penguin - eyes that made sure they were not caught nor spotted. And beneathe those eyes lay the unpredictable mind of the sociopath commenly referred to as Mister Zsasz and widely known as Victor Zsasz. Victor stepped from the shadows, flicking dirty fingers agaisnt the blade he held almost as quietly as his whisper - eventually though, both came to a halt. He gritted his teeth slightly at sight of the gluttonous man, "Cobblepot, long time....no see," His words were ironically not sarcastic in the slightest, infact not a tinge of humour haunted them - only a deep, profound seriousness, "If it isn't the man whom I gambled and lost all my hard earnings to - which left me in a deprived, depressing state so as to find out none of it means anything; that nothing we do or say matters....hm. Long time indeed, Oswald....." With this the sociopath raised his blade so to be seen, running a hard, cracky finger agaisnt it carefully - careful not to make a mark on his skin which was not intended - his eyes darted to Oswald, they were locked and careful as if afraid the flightless bird may fly away in an instant.

Hatter eeped and sprung onto his belly, settled so that one dainty hand held his tea cup and the other was placed nimbly below his chin, those legs kicked up behind him like a middle school girl at a slumber party. "--Eeee! Hows my Pengy doing!? Good I hope..." waiting for an answer or some abscond sign of life, he casually sipped his tea in waiting.
