Who I am.
Hello! My names is Marco but I prefer to be called Mark, if you don't mind.
So you wanna know about me, huh? Well, what can I tell you? I am a no good, rebellious, first son of a family of five who has lived his life behind a screen of fantasy and cybernetics, avoiding the reality he once believed could be a part of. Like any other child of my religion and type, I wished to be a part of the real world until I discovered what the world was really like. There's just so much I can say about me and what I am like but I will just say what's important.
I am a loner. Teachers, friends and family call us Emos, anti-social, punks, goths, etc. I prefer to considered a lone wolf. There's a saying that says, "A person that can get a long with people is a person that can get along without them." I am that type of person. People just misunderstand me and confuse me for one of the first mentioned. The reason I don't do anything in my life is because a motive is missing. My reason to continue on in this world has yet to be revealed. I stick to what I like and to those who grow on me.
I am loyal, friendly, and caring.
At the same time I couldn't give less of a damn as to what happens in this world because I have come to hate it. I simply ignore it. Then again, I have seen some hope in this generation among those who like what I like and look at the world the way I see it, full of greed, crime, lust, corruption. These attributes, of course, stop me not from doing what I like and living the way I want to.
I mentioned that I was friendly. Yeah, I'm friendly. I can also be colder and even emptier than the void. Then again, that rarely happens because I know how people will behave around me. Good thing those people know what they're into when they address me.
Finally, I believe I also mentioned that I was loyal. Hachiko can perfectly describe my level loyalty. I will stand by the side of those who support, defend, and stand up for me. They're people worth fighting for or even getting beat up for. Dying for someone is a little extreme but nonetheless something I'd also do, depending on the gravity of the situation. Leaving people behind or abandoning them over something said about them to humiliate them is something I despise. Trying my hardest to not fail those with whom I've created a bond with is what I do. How can I leave someone like me, that suffers either the same as I or probably worse, to suffer and agonize over their lives and not show them that they can be happy if they just decide to move on. Damn right I'll take them under my broken, yet firm, wing.
Enough with the emotional stuff. Let's get into the interesting part, shall we?
What I like:
I like many things. Among these are video games (like any good boy would), Rock music, girls, technology and finding solutions for pretty much anything.
Games, games, games and more games! Who doesn't love a good game? Personally, I love the RPG world. Stories, character backgrounds, tragedy, overcoming, rising above, becoming the person you'd once lost hope of being. These are traits that I love about games. Fighting games, or PvP games, are also of my liking, but they have to be anime styled. They seem to look stupid and exaggerated otherwise. Shooters. Man, do I suck at shooters. I'll kill Zombie a** any day like it's my job but I'll fail epicly when going against other players.
Rock, Rock and only Rock. I, unlike 'normal people', believe that the world is best described in music's Rock genre. Therefore I listen only to Rock. Sub-genres of Rock depend on whether the music is good and or how the singer executes the lyrics via his voice.
By music I mean instrumental execution of sound via a base guitar, an acoustic/electric guitar, and a double based drum set. There have been times where other string instruments and/or pianos have been added to tracks that have made them exceptional. An applause for those exceptions! As for singers and lyrics, nothing whiny or MEGA SATANIC, please.
Girls, girls, girls. A book has not yet been published to study these magnificent yet deadly creatures. I don't know what to say, really. They're bipolar, really sweet, pretty cool, dramatic, sometimes air-headed, and finally dominating. There's more girls on this planet than us guys so I think we'd best keep our distances when they're mad and make sure I don't trigger that Devil side of theirs. I think Tomboy girls. It's pretty much like having another bro to hang with.
Tech, tech, tech. I love tech. Gadgets, phones, computers, cybernetics, robotics. I want to be an engineer in robotics in a near future. I also can't wait for the first Jarvis to be created as well as the first full-body Iron-Man suits to go with it. Being a part of that project is one of my life-long goals and I really hope that I can be good enough to accomplish it.
That's pretty much me. Hope you had fun stalking my profile. If you wish to know more about me, then just ask me.
