Nightmare
by Timothy D. Rice
Screeches in the dark,
There is something there.
Footsteps in the dark,
I am filled with fear.
Breathing in the dark,
It is nearby.
Blood in the dark,
Oh no I died.

The Life of a Ninja
by Timothy D. Rice
The ninja live in secret and move like the wind, quiet and stealthy.
The ninja are brave and fight with special weapons to attack the enemy.
The shuriken is the weapon of choice for the people of the shadows.
It is a star, a sharp, intricately designed, weapon that they throw.
It flies threw the air with incredible speed and takes its sharp spike and stabs the target.
These weapons are deadly and can not be found in a simple market.
Another weapon is a flying dagger, a kunai knife, used not only to cut, but to throw.
This weapon is also used by the people of the shadows.
The female ninja are the Kunoichi, the male, just ninja; the females stay home and help.
The males fight for the clan and their village and also stay home and help.
Some Kunoichi get out and fight with the ninja, but the younger ones have to fight alone.
For they have to be strong too, when trouble comes along.
The males are treated the same too, and if they prove them selves worthy, they become Hokage.
The Hokage are the leaders of the village and clan, the best position for any ninja to claim.
The females are like apple blossoms dancing gently in the wind.
The males are sharp, like samurai swords, for they have to be sharp to win.
And so the life of the Ninja and Kunoichi are given away.
Now you know the ninja way.

My Name is Random Chaos
by Timothy D. Rice
My name is random chaos,
my world is upside down.
When I am happy I smile,
when I smile I frown.
When I see white,
it is truly dark.
When there is dark,
light is actually there.
When I fall down,
I ascend into the air.
My world is backwards,
my life is the same.
I will live as I will die.
when I die it will be lame.
My life is backwards but fantastic,
when I die that will be it.
I am random chaos,
come join me in my world.
My name is random chaos,
my world is truly surreal.

The Elegant Leaf
by Timothy D. Rice
It twirls around with elegance,
that green brilliant leaf.
It is willed to the wind,
the floating leaf.
With grace it floats in the air,
that levitating leaf.
It falls and calmly lands,
the wind now still.
With a leap of great force,
the leaf floats again.
It twirls around with elegance,
that green brilliant leaf.

Vampiric Desire
by Timothy D. Rice
Denizen of the dark I am,
searching for a mate.
I am immortal,
I cannot wait.
A scent intrigues me,
I sense a female.
It comes closer,
I love that smell.
I have longed for a mate,
no longer will I wait.
I seek her out quickly,
I feel as if it is fate.
I come closer and she sees me,
she wants my entire body.
I kiss her on her neck,
she kisses mine.
I start to bite her,
her blood is fine.
She moans in pain,
she loves the feeling.
I completely let go,
her blood is filling.
The lust between us grows,
she doesn't want me to go.
I will never leave,
she will never say no.
I love her body up and down,
she moans as I drink her down.
The feeling is pure,
I am now sure.
My mate has been found,
I love her sound.
My fangs drip with blood,
her body loosens up.
She is filled with pleasure,
I will never let her go.
She turns into a vampire,
now we both have what we desire.

My Angelic Savior
by Timothy D. Rice
Edited by Lynn Peace
That figure, that glorious figure of purity and greatness.
That light so good, that light so bright and powerful.
The warm feeling of love that figure had.
The figure that saved me from my own destruction.
My downward spiral into oblivion and death.
The figure that saved me is my friend.
My life turned dreadful, my mind was rotting away,
That figure saved my life, she saved my day.
Suicide was my final destiny in my life,
That incredible angel made it to live.
It was my choice in my horrible life,
She changed that, she changed me.
She was with me until the end, that figure, that angel,
My friendly guardian angel that left her mark on my life.
It was tragic losing all I had, everything I owned,
It was burnt to ashes, with the hell fire that consumed it.
The hell fire created from evil, from arson,
Arson created from betrayal, betrayal by my family.
The fire destroyed my hopes, it obliterated my dreams.
Ashes I had, until the figure, the glorious angel came.
I give my life to her, my entire body.
My entire life is left in her graceful hands.
Her words of clarity and wisdom,
Her words that pierced my heart, my mortal heart.
She wounded me and left me with a scar,
The scar is my life, my new brilliant life.
She saved me and now I trust her,
That figure, that glorious and bright angel.
I have no family, I have no friends.
I only have her, my true companion.
My companion is my friend.
She is my life, my life until the end.

To Our Friend, From Your Friends
by Timothy D. Rice
Everyday was a glorious day with you.
Your shining smile was our sun,
our sun for our cloudy skies.
You Lynn are an awesome friend.
When you talked it was with soft words,
soft words that lifted our spirits.
You filled our lives full of happiness.
When we were sad you were there,
there with a shoulder to lean on.
We will all miss you Lynn.
Your impact on our lives has changed us,
changed us for the absolute best.
We will always be your friend.
Our gratitude will always stay with us,
stay with us until the very end.
Goodbye our dear sweet Lynn.
Our undying friendship will go on,
go on indefinitely forever.
You will always be with us.
We will have our memories with you,
the memories of happiness and laughter.
You are our best friend until the end.
Our time will always be cherished,
cherished and held closely to our hearts.

The Darkest Zenith
by Timothy D. Rice
I am alone, alone and frigid.
My soul, dying in peace.
The darkness, enters my body.
It blackens my heart, my soul.
It numbs all of my pain.
It obliterates all of my suffering.
Evil consumes my being, my soul.
Darkness, swallows me completely.
I acquire untold, horrific power.
I lose myself, my mind and body.
Darkness is all I ever want.
Darkness is all I will know.
My world is dark, it is black.
I know nothing, but darkness.
I have nothing, but evil power.
The darkness is at its peak.
I am at the height of evil.
I am at the darkest zenith.

My Love, My Life, My World
by Timothy D. Rice
You know who you are,
you and your brilliant mind.
You know who you are,
you and your captivating eyes.
You are my love, life and world,
you will always be my girl.
You and I are meant to be,
you and I always will be.
You and I will be together forever,
you are are my true lover.
Your body is mine,
my world is yours.
You, and only you, are my girl,
You are my love, my life and my world.

Pure Confusion
by Timothy D. Rice
Up is down and down is up.
Right is left and left is right.
I am confused, that is no lie.
I need help in my crazy life.
I know love, but it may be lust.
I don't know if my heart is dust.
I go there, but wind up here.
I am so lost, I am in tears.
I can't tell which way I am going.
It is so hot, I think it is snowing.
I am truly sane, in my delusion.
It is not strife but pure confusion.

The Serenity Of Autumn
by Timothy D. Rice
The leaves, they speak to us all.
The colors conspire in our thoughts.
The peacefulness rules over all.
The quietness enthralls in awe.
The smell of rain fills the air.
The harvest bares fruit we share.
The feeling of autumn never tires.
The touch fills us with desire.
The season of autumn is easy to see.
The season autumn, and its serenity.

Wood of Old
by Timothy D. Rice
That land was once where a forest stood,
the very old forest with old trees and wood.
The trees used to sing in the blissful breeze,
it carried the wind that rustled the leaves.
Now the trees exist in that place no more,
they are used up and turned to board.
Though in that land you see something green,
something new, a new beginning, a new tree.
The forest will take time to grow back,
to resemble itself from the old wood.
It flourishes to this day and will forever last,
and now once looks as it did in the past.
It is new yet it looks similar and still old,
it looks as if it never left, the wood of old.

The Day With Ice
by Timothy D. Rice,
A Great Friend
A white, chilly day in the ice and snow.
Walking and talking as the fresh snow falls.
Smiling as the snow hits the ground.
Playfully throwing snowballs and laughing.
Tackling with love and warm passion.
Falling into the cold wet fluff together.
Making snow angels together in the snow.
Laying together and watching the flakes fall.
Watching the snow, melt on a happy face.
Ending with a cold wet kiss, on frozen lips.

The Once Apart, Now Together
by Timothy D. Rice
There was a couple, separated by space,
they loved each other dearly with deepness,
they soon got closer, with a quick pace,
as their loved continued on with steepness.
Soon they found a solution and worked at it,
they set up a route and time to meet,
they started up their journey as love bit,
with a bite so strong and powerful, yet sweet.
The couple finally met at a destined spot,
they hugged and kissed as madness set on,
their tongues twisted and played in a knot,
they soon were happy as they soon got a son.
The couple lived on with an undying love,
as their son grew and they flew above.

To My Demise by Timothy D. Rice
I follow blindly what is my light, but truly not.
I know not what lies ahead, but hope for the best.
I lead a life of happiness, following false beliefs.
I try to ignore the signs, for I wish to be happy.
I go on believing in an illusion of happiness and love.
I go on living carefree, until the day of my sorrow.
I turn to find that my life has veered of a cliff.
It ends in a crash, along with my hopes and dreams.
I finally recognize what is truly there to see, evil.
I followed a concealed lie, a betrayer of my trust.
My dreams are now shattered, my future lies in shambles.
I now see, what I relied on was not light, but darkness.
I was strung along by a thread of deceit and betrayal.
I now know that I was only led to death, to my demise.

A Night of New Love
by Timothy D. Rice
Alone and depressed, he went on living.
He had many friends, but lost his love.
As his depression deepened, he found help.
His help was that of a true friend, a love.
This love cared for him through everything.
She held him in her arms in his time of need.
He became attached, he soon had a crush.
This crush, became his true love in a flash.
One night, they made love, good love.
That good love formed a connection.
From this day on, he now has his true love.
That night gave him everything, a new love.

I Am Fear
by Timothy David Rice
Though you try and hide, I see you.
Your skin, looking so delicious.
Though you try and fight me, you fail.
Your strength has no comparison.
Though you try to run, I am there.
Your legs are feeble and useless.
You try to escape from this hell.
You can not escape, I am Fear.
