Hmmm... okay, some of this might be a bit confusing, but I assure you it is all true.

I am Brazilian by birth, hailing from a small town in the southernmost state. I am as proud of my nationality as any Brazilian alive (and, if you know any Brazilians, you know how deep that loyalty runs). However, Brazil is not home, as I haven't actually spent that many years there. From the age of 6 until I was 18, I lived in Guinea, in West Africa, which is actually home. Yes, it was a pretty sweet childhood, and, yes, I have played with monkeys. We used to own one as a pet.
Currently, I live in the United States, seeking to graduate from college so I can go out into the real world and do something, hopefully creative writing -realistically, probably journalism.
I have hardcore ADHD, medically diagnosed (although my friends would tell you that it doesn't take a medical degree to figure it out), so I'm a little spastic, but fantastically energetic and animated. Thus, I'm not very laid back at aaaall, but I'm generally fun-loving and am able to be serious and contemplative when necessary. I make friends easily, and am currently have had friends on five continents, which I always thought was an interesting privilege.
