Hey, I'm in the same age group! I feel you, honey!

I actually did better in school abroad than at home. The classes were far easier and I had much less of an active social life, so plenty of time to study. Also, the classes gave me a schedule and a sense of purpose in the big, bad world of culture shock, so I think I was able to really dig in and pay attention.

I've only been to China before for study abroad. I want to return. India has been on my list of places to visit for a very long time. Traveling to those places is fascinating. I love the cultures, the food, the people and the challenge it provides me. It makes me feel like I am accomplishing life goals! c:
