Background

I'm a geeky bassist/guitarist and electronic music composer... that happens to work at a gym. Wait, what!? Yes. I'm a geek that works at a gym. I love the website and fully support and endorse www.NerdFitness.com. It's one of my favorite websites. Not sure if any of you are from central Illinois, but I work at Main Street Fitness in the small town of Haddonfield (aka Hoopeston). Yeah, I'm hardcore like that, and as Steve of Nerd Fitness says, I'm leveling up my life, every day.

I belong to the hard rock band DraXsiS (www.facebook.com/draxsis) as its bassist. I am involved in an electronica project, R.S.S. In the case any of you should wish to listen to it and find an accessible page to listen, here's the Facebook link for the artist page: R.S.S. Facebook Band Profile.

I'm a poet, an intellectual; a geek with a mind. I have a heart with an on and off switch. I'm blessed with the power of music but cursed with bad eyesight. I'm older than I really am but sometimes suspend that feeling to let myself go in the moment. I'm a man of understanding but know violence, while not the right answer, sometimes is the only solution. I recently discovered the word rebelution, and like it. Faith can be a beautiful thing. I may be a cat person but a good dog can be my best friend. Of course I can relate to nature, but I also love the urban environment. I'm complex of mind but simple in action. Dexter on the inside, a little Doakes and Lundy on the outside. There's much more to be said, but not enough time or words. I am what I am, who I am, I simply am. Like it or leave it.
