About
Yo.
I really hate filling out 'about me' sections in anything...which is why I don't really bother with most online social sites...since I actually have friends in the flesh that I can see, hear, and touch.
The basics: My name is Markus, well Marcus really but I like the 'k' better so just humor me. If you want to do play on my username, that's cool too. No 'Mark' though, it's Markus. Mark-us. Only friends get to do plays on my name and not suffer the consequences. I'm twenty-four years old and have a job working at a Spinx relatively close to where I live. I have some other part-time things like babysitting, housesitting, petsitting, mowing lawns, painting rooms, just whatever the neighbors want/need me to do that they're willing to pay me for.
So to make this clear to potential whiners who will probably have something smart a** to say about why I'm bothering with this at all: I'm here because my friend "Muse" did her adorable begging pout with her kicked puppy eyes since her friends don't talk to her just to talk. Normally I would just text her, but it's eating up the money on her phone so...This is what happened. I'm not thrilled, but meh, could be worse.
If you're a friend of hers (and I mean an ACTUAL friend of hers, you didn't just add her and then never talk to her again) feel free to add me. I won't promise to be nice, courteous, or even care. I don't do the 'a friend of my friend is also my friend' deal, though I guess her closer "gaia buddies" and her "boyfriend" are exceptions. To an extent. Act like an a** to me, I can dish it out twice as bad...assuming I care enough to bother responding. Unlike most people who get all hot-headed over cyber-bullying and flame wars, I understand that block/ignore/reject buttons are there for a reason. So I use them. More to the point, I thoroughly enjoy using them. Really, piss me off. It'll make my day.
All friend-forced drama aside, I'm not so bad. If we have similar tastes in music, life, style, background, blah, blah, blah, I'm a solid friend. Or someone to kill time with. Won't promise to be on everyday though, I do have a job and friends and an actual life. So respect that, and I'll respect what you do with your time.
