Let me start the party with a lesson about EDM

EDM is Electronic Dance Music, it is the love child of 70s disco and 80s pop music. EDM is so beautiful in that, it can convey an infinite amount of emotions without any vocals whatsoever. EDM is my one and only love in this world...(@FOREVERALONE smilies/icon_crying.gif) EDM is my world, I wake up to Scooter and go to bed with Hixxy.

I used to have favorite artists, but ever since i met EDM i have found that all artists can be equally great to the right palate. That being said; I have Favorite Sub-Genres of EDM instead. they are:

HARDCORE/SPEEDCORE: Often classified as whitenoise ambient techno. Really great music to listen to while working out. I particularly like the work of Unexist and Hellz Army.

JUMPSTYLE/HARDSTYLE/NIGHTCORE: Very very high BPM counts, very high energy music. Great for pumping yourself up for something.

EURODANCE/DANCE: Somewhat like Jumpstyle, only more dancier. often classified as club music.

HOUSE/TRANCE/VOCAL TRANCE/AMBIENT TRANCE: Lower BPMs and more mellow than dance/eurodance

DUBSTEP/DRUM AND BASS: If you cant tell already by its name, Drum and bass is very heavy in the percussion department. On the other hand, Dubstep has heavy Synth usage.

But enough about the greatest thing in the world, ever.

Now onto me:

My Name is Tommy, but my friends call me Rickzter. (If you want to know why ask me.) I am a Graphics Artist by trade, and a Coder/Developer for...reasons I cannot disclose, so we'll just leave it at that. Every so often I like to hike my way up Lookout Mountain. (By the way, I live in Chattanooga, one of the countries premier Touring destinations for the East Coast.) I am a very Health Conscious person. I won't eat red meat. Nor will I eat anything with more than 5 grams of salt or 30 grams sugars. My favorite color is a trick question: My favorite color is white. (I'll give you 10k if you tell me the answer) I am bisexual, if you haven't guessed by now <3. My favorite food is Orange Chicken.

So There's my profile for you, hope I educated you on the many wonderful types of EDM genres.
