Born in the 3rd dimension, this young looking Hundora was once known to be on evil's side when the war broke out. But change of events have taken place forcing him out of the ISSP and even away from home. Bound by a curse, Katsoi now seeks the Lord of the Hundoras so that he may serve 'The One' to rid himself of the curse that prevents him from loving.
But now much has changed since the Hundora has now fallen beyond life and ended up as guardian. After being killed by Nexol, Katsoi had to meet his fate to go and see Xelon to see his choice of rebirth. He chose Xelon's suggestion after much thought and has agreed to help the victim of the deaths of the Valents to be a new type of living guardian to Scarlet Rose Valent.
