Fighting Overdrive Sin? Other than doing EVERYTHING to do incredible damage, I can only say that you should grind like there's no tomorrow. Grind until you want to beat yourself over the head. When I beat X, my characters were ridiculously overleveled and had the Ultimate Weapons for everybody but Lulu and Wakka, so I didn't have a problem. Try doing some sidequests. You tend to get a bunch of EXP that way.
