Syndrone has a rather unique item style. Store commons come in a HUGE variety of colors, but event items and donation items (They only cost $1-$4 at most) are black by default. For the cost of 20 virtual currency that you earn through posting, you can "dye" the item. Each item has a specific number of areas that can be dyed, some only have 1-2 but others have 7-10. You can dye an item up to 10 times, and each of the 10 dyes is saved so you can change between them at will. I like it a lot, very customizable. Even the same item can look unique on different people due to how it's dyed.
The site just had it's 1 year anniversary a few months ago, but they're already starting to wander into arm and leg mods for their items. It's all community interaction though, VERY forum-based. So far there's only really two games and they're NOT a good investment for making money. Additionally, you can sell cash credits on the site for virtual currency or trade it for items. I'm familiar with such a concept, as it's been like that for a while on Subeta too.
If you decide to join Syn, let me know! Or, rather, send a PM or comment to "Radium" after you're a member!
Syndrone has some pretty nice mech stuff. There's not a lot yet, but they're working on it. My avatar has robo arms that are part of a set that make a whole mech.
Recolor is a cute site but mostly I just log in, vote for an item, play Quads/Slide Quest, and then wander off to another site.
I've also been playing Persona 4 Golden though. I recently bought myself a Vita console, and for whatever reason, the sales guy took $20 off of the P4 game so I got it for $5. It's my first time playing any of the SMT games but I'm enjoying it.
Yes, they are. One is a closed site for dragon breeding and collecting, I joined back in April. I found out one of my Gaia friends joined a few days ago when they had their registration window, so I've been helping her get comfortable with the site's features. Other than that I've just been dicking around on Syndrone and Recolor. Either way, Gaia has fallen from my priorities list...
GCD and SF both have some amazing levels of salt going on over things. I admit that I get some of the salt and think it's perfectly justified but a few people do overreact over certain things.
Haha, well I don't think you've missed too much. Then again, I haven't been anywhere except the SF and GCD so maybe I don't know.
I find there isn't much to do here anymore, and have started shifting my focus to other sites.
How come between Log Horizon and BlazBlue, its a tough call in terms of which world is more intriguing if we go with an overall basis, and yet Log Horizon's cast
is more Sympathetic overall, due to having more Sympathetic people in Numbers?
