An Explanation

Well, I guess some of you might be wondering why that girl you were friends with is now a guy. I suppose I owe you an explanation.

You see, I am a guy. I've always had been. In fact, I started out here on Gaia as a guy. The changeover to a girl avatar felt like a funny and interesting idea at the time.

Of course, it's no fun if everybody knew straight away that I was really a guy, so I never mentioned it. Well... almost never. I had a 'record' of the changeover in my journal, but I kept it at the very bottom of my profile, and only people on my friends list could see it. I figured you guys should at least had had the chance to find out.

But, no-one did, or at least, if they did they never told me. So, I continued as normal. Well, as normal as a guy pretending to be a girl on the internet. Which, for the internet is pretty normal, I guess.
I never lead people on though. Numerous guys came up wanting me to be their girlfriend, which I always declined. I may had made jokes at their expense, but that was the end of it. On a side note, it was funny at first, but the increasing numbers just made it tiresome towards the end.

But I made some good friends during this period of time on Gaia, and it saddens me that I may have hurt them with this revelation. smilies/icon_sad.gif

I just hope you'll forgive me for not coming straight up front with the truth.

So, why all this? Why tell you now? Because I'm leaving Gaia. No reason, I just feel like I've done all I can here. It's been a fun and wonderful distraction, but in time we all must move on.

Will I return? I don't know. Will GreatWizzardess, or Sarah as you may have been told, return? Again, I don't know. Doubtful, but you never know.
