Yeah i'll be moving out in about a year or so and I was telling Matthew-in passing- that it would be cost beneficial to get like 3-4 people to go and try to get house.
And between those people to pay if off until it is owned. Imagine a place where everyone can hang out or live at...and in the long run only have to pay for utilities. Utiliies would be like $350 a month. That's peanuts for one person, imagine 3? or even 4+! Granted this isn't something that can be over night. But it's something to think about. I was even thinking about having my room rented out and s**t. I dunno it'd be cool.
