I don't think he really "bully people".. just kinda make them annoyed or make them mad

Well...my advice is to tell him to stop before someone tracks down his address and shoots him. That's a pretty common outcome of cyberbullying...And if you feel this way, might wanna tell him you dont like him harming others for his entertainment
