After asking the mod a simple question a few times they banned you? I guess they saw it as you harassing them because you didn't drop it after the first or second time. Either way, the mod should've just answered the question. I mean it all depends on the question too since you say it was personal. Either way it is how you say, your word against theirs since it was on PMs. She merely told you to take it to the admins twice which is obvious she didn't want to answer it but she could've just said that instead of the same s**t all over again.

So they cant exactly say you "said this or said that". They can go off of a mod which, and you can quote me on this, seemed she was on her "a** end."

If she told you "I dont want to answer your questions. Dont PM me again" thats different; Thats what every single member does before taking action, cause you basically warned them. Gives a full outline and a clear message stating stop or i'll report. Not just report and get banned without just saying "I dont want to reply". With the all the proof, her being a mod, and the "word against yours" crap, looks like her cased was shifted to her side in the beginning whether she did it on purpose or not. I dont know her or of her probably, and quite frankly I probably dont care.

Looks like to me this case is still debatable Gelly. The question is A: If you want to come back, B: If so, do you need some help?. I've been permabanned for hacking before but they had no proof. Then I got my account after some debate. If they have no rock solid proof, they can only assume your "tone" in the PM. But like I always say "Dont Assume. It makes an a** out of you."
