Bio: Selina Kyle, was orphaned at a young age. Pushed from juvinal correctional facilities and orphanage, she took it upon herself to turn to the cold Gotham streets to survive. Though before long the blossoming Selina turned toward petty theft and prostitution to sustain herself. It was not long before her natural talents flourished and the mantel of Catwoman was created. When her sights are set the cat burglar will stop at nothing to obtain her prize and takes just as much delight in stalking her "prey" as she does obtaining it. It is that same thrill that helps drive her escape from Batman.

While many of Batman's foes are criminally insane, Catwoman is not. Her motivations are purely self preservation.Despite being arguably the most accomplished thief in Gotham, Selina Kyle was also suitably known for her animal activism and sporadic moments of vigilante justice alongside Batman. These moments are also defined by their on and off love affair. Selina is also one of the few people saavy to the caped crusaders secret identity. A secret that was revealed when Bruce came to terms with his budding feelings for the cat burglar.

After coming to terms with these feelings, Selina became targeted by both Batman's and Bruce Wayne's mutual foe Thomas Elliot who had assumed the identity Hush. Choosing to take revenge on Bruce mentally, Elliot literally removed Selina's heart. When finally the dark knight came to her rescue it left the jewel thief weakened considerably. Though she did manage to exact her own revenge the only way she knew how; by attacking Hush's bank account.
