ABOUT ME

My name is Natalie, I'm 24, and I just received my BA in Fine Arts at UCLA. I paint, draw, doodle, take photographs and other artsy things. I like dark comedy, satire, irony, mystery, and of course, drama when mixed with the aforementioned. I prefer it in my movies, books and TV shows, not my life (It seems this needs clarification). I listen to good music, and watch mostly bad horror movies, but every now and then I'm simply forced to watch something of higher standards.

I dislike math, the word "squat," flaky people, and listening to people (mis)interpret art. I love to sing (mostly in my car), dancing (usually with people, but sometimes in my car) Mexican food, cherry blossoms, penguins, my six-toed cat, Halloween and so much more. I'm paranoid, scared of the dark and things (monsters) under my bed- sadly, I'm not kidding. I also have a habit of acquiring more pets than I know what to do with.

Ah, cool! An acquaintance of mine went there for an animation degree (ha ha, actually he works at gaia now XD;; ). I was leaning towards SoCal when considering art schools (like Art Center or something) but ultimately need to stay near SF.

A TekTek version of me! A very close likeness, actually. I always wear a scarf (ranging from plaid, to hounds tooth to colorful), and when I'm feeling lazy, or simply having a bad hair day, a "snood" or beret is one of the first things to go on my head.
