fubenkunai Report | 02/01/2012 3:27 pm: With regard to your signature, what do you think a miscarriage is? It's a natural, spontaneous abortion. It happens when there is something wrong with the fetus, or when the mother's body cannot, for some reason, sustain a child. This is just plain science-- look it up if you don't want to take my word. You could extrapolate that to say that induced abortion is an extension of same principle, since we use our reason (as an evolved species) and ability to look ahead to recognize we cannot adequately sustain a child. You don't have to change your standpoint over it, but if you're invested in logic and reason like you say, you probably don't want to keep lying or using faulty principles for your argument.

And yes, I know that our reason and ability to look ahead should mean we use contraception, but assaults happen, methods fail, and not all people use their reason well. That's pretty tangential to the point and since I'm not here to try to win you over, it's not relevant between you and me. Just letting you know that I know about that, and that I'm not making a case here. This is, legit, about biology and how spontaneous abortion happens in nature.
