Well, to start, I was annoyed by the fact that I didn't know what was wrong with the girl's eye.
That's a good thing.
Because, it makes me want to read and hopefully figure out what it was. Because after reading I'm thinking to myself "she HAS to give me an explanation, right?" Which also makes me want to read on, not only to find out what's wrong with the eye, but how it got that way and why Sid is...well, what she is. You see, I, being a former suicidal cutter, am not surprised by the posibilities of Sid being one as well. At the same time, I know writers and I know that some also like to twist things up. Either she had "help", or she was completely "destroyed" by another being all together...or thing.
Whatever turn the story will eventually take is leaving me anxious. Thank you for keeping it short and simple, often times people make prolongs wayyyy too pro"long"ed. I;'m glad you didn't. This definitely seems to be off to a good start, keep up the good work^^.
