If you must work fast food, it's far better to work a joint that doesn't use plate ware though you don't get tips than it is to work one with it and the tips. You better believe at some point they're going to stick your a** in the kitchen to do someone elses job of dishwashing, for the exact same wage you make doing YOUR job.
