Most people put it on their photobucket and send the link in a pm or something of that sort.
And then I'll send a trade once I see it since I don't know yet how mcuh to give you xD
Otherwise, if it was like formal buying art from a stranger or something, I would send a trade and you would leave it ready for you to accept once you send the art, if you know what I mean.
