Yeah the flash areas aren't worth it atm sad
They ARE trying to make a new towns tho. There was a 3D unity Rally (https://www.gaiaonline.com/rally3d) they made a while back but they dropped it cos they didn't like the development where it was going.

I need to go back ooon but everytime I do I feel kinda lost. I never know the active places sweatdrop
