So I finally decided to change my About Me. To make it a little more about me. no reason, just kinda feel like it. Anyways, I'm *mumblemumble* years old, old enough to count things in decades and say "when I was YOUR age..." because I can. Also, it pisses off/amuses people.
I am working on a novel, with the hopes of getting it published someday.
I am a**l retentive about my own spelling and grammar, but don't give a s**t about anyone else's really. I might make the occasional pronunciation correction, but even that's rare.
I love to knit, sometimes crochet, and spin my own yarn.
I own a bass guitar, but haven't really learned anything due to a bum shoulder. I'm looking in getting an acoustic bass guitar because I think that would be easier on my shoulder, I just need a 3/4 size one.
I wear glasses due to poor eyesight, have an eclectic taste in pretty much everything I dabble in (music, fiction, video games, movies, you get the picture).
I'm prone to fits of nerd rage, though my soapbox is reserved for things that really, truly deserve it. Like my Silent Hill rants. And my WoW rants. Yeah, those get kind of out of hand sometimes. But I'm right.
Anything else, feel free to ask. I'm hard to offend, though it does happen sometimes. Unless you're obviously going out of your way to offend me though, I'll just tell you that I'm not comfortable talking about whatever it is I don't want to talk about and move on.

Yeah, I imagine I'll finish up Castaways In Time, then blow through the Harry Potter series again, and then start in on the giant that is the Necroscope.
He's all like, "You should read the Necroscope!" and then he turns around and goes "Finish reading Harry Potter so I can watch this movie!"
And I'm going "Aaaaaaaaah!"
