As a vampire:Elmarien is a vampire, evil overlord, and master of several small and cute animals. He likes dressing in a Steampunk-Dieselpunk style, often sticking to a black and red color theme and military or gentlemanly wear.
Apparently, people believe him to be a Romanian vampire, much like a certain count from a Bram Stoker novel. Elmarien doesn't say anything about those rumors, mostly for his own amusement.
Elmarien normally doesn't mind the current situation or time period despite liking technology advances. However, he might be ideologically stuck in the end of Nineteenth century and the beginning of the Twentieth century.
Despite his evil nature, Elmarien will never mistreat a child and will always treat ladies with respect. An opponent will be treated according to a proper (and anachronic) code of honor, and never with treacherous tactics. The evil vampire overlord also loves animals, and defines them as "cute" even if they are zombie mutated monsters.
As a high-ranked official of some army:Elmarien is a commander of troops of an (indetermined) army. He is nearsighted in one eye (hence the monocle). Having fought several battles, he has many scars in his face, a few medals to show, and he refuses to carry around any weapon but his fists and his dog's bites (though he may carry a sword just because it matches his style). He also has a cute white bunny, Mr. Emotion, but it often stays home staring at the windows.
When not wearing his uniform to do anything, Elmarien enjoys drinking coffee and reading a good book.

As Penguin Fighter:
Elmarien is the Penguin Fighter, a mysterious gentleman whose favorite animal is the penguin. No one knows his backstory, not even his origin story (how the heck did he become a Penguin Fighter?). He is, though, famed for sparkling without any good reason and for his swordfighting skills.
He is easily recognized for his signature white suit, his distinguished (yet common) mask and for his completely messy hair. He fights crime with his companions Sven and Peginni, using his sword, his cane and his sparkles to make the world a safer place.
As the Phantom of the Opera:
