The short version
I'm eek, and I've been cooking since I could reach the countertop, which happened some time in the early 80s. I love creating recipes, specials, and menus and messing with existing recipes, but I'm also pretty well versed in technique and trouble-shooting. So if you've got cooking questions, I can probably help. If you're in my presence, I'll probably try to feed you, or at least ply you with a hot drink.
I also like Doctor Who, music, reading, and writing, but I'm too impatient for movies and most TV.
