Well, if you want to send somebody something, you might be able to just gift it to them from your inventory.
Not the same as a trade, it's just like sending a present. But, I don't think you need a pass for it. Just another option for you <3

Hmm.. on the Android app, I really am not sure. I usually use the full site when on my phone. I never could get the hang of the app.
But, you generally head over to the Marketplace, and there should be a link there. Or, if you have the person's username in your friends list, you should be able to just go to.. well, your friends list and do it straight from there~
