yes I know that you're in Australia, Mate...but you can look up Yosemite on yer compy & get a tiny idea of how Lovely Yosemite is...but to SEE it...to BE there! *sigh* I have always said that Valley is one of God's FAV Places on this Earth cuz it it just packed with Beauty & Grandure in a very small Valley! It was Granite carved by a Glacier a baZILLION Years ago & it has the LARGEST Face of exposed granite on Earth...El Capitan! John Muir dragged President Teddy Roosevelt there to show him this amazing place & he made it a National Park & set it aside for The People "for all time"! yeah! & the hotel we stayed at with the Merced River rushing right past our balcony had a great picture of John Muir & Teddy there where the tunnel now opens out to a magnificant Valley View!! The John Muir Trail which I have mostly hicked the over 200 miles of trail with my Family starts there. Can you tell I heart Yosemite?!! cool
& yeah...ya gotta be a Home Owner to gut a house! but oh...the mess & cost! but very Grand now & worth it! & Fun picking out all the tiles & granite & colours & stuff!
& oh...Loved visiting yer Country too...several years ago we spent 3 full weeks there & had a Wonderful Adventure...but not nearly enough time! Loved The RV week on The Gold Coast...Byron Bay & Loved Daintree & Hamo!! Would love to go again...but must go to Scotland & Ireland next...Land of my Ancestors! heart

Sorry yer kinda bored Sir Dray Gunn! gosh but I have been anything BUT! Hubbie & I just got thru...well still getting details right & stuff on a Major Makeover Maddness on our Kitchen / Bar & Master Bath & mostly on the Guest Bath! EVERYthing is New! Kitchen & Mater Bath were gutted! & we went to L.V. & Yosemite for some of that time...the Demo...so we could avoid the noise & mess...but the mess was still there when we got home & we lived there while they finished & now the Post Makeover Maddness Clean Up is mostly done & Love the results! so no...not too bored...& it's Bike Riding Season! Even took them to Yosemite with us & rode the Valley Floor! Never been there in the Spring...only Summer...& I've never seen it look so Lovely! heart
ifin you ever get out to California...it is a MUST see!!
