Powers and Abilities:
Donna's powers have changed as often as her history, though she has nearly always possessed some degree of superhuman strength, endurance, speed, and flight.

Super Strength: Donna possessed considerable superhuman strength. Her strength level grew closer to that of Diana's, and she can now lift over 100 tons under normal conditions.

Super Stamina: Donna can exert herself at maximum effort for many hours before tiring.

Super Speed: Donna can move at supersonic speeds on land, to the point where she is literally too fast for the human eye to follow.

Super Reflexes: Donna's reflexes are quick enough to catch bullets or easily deflect them with her armored bracelets.

Invulnerability: Donna possesses a high degree of invulnerability to injury and can even survive unharmed in the cold vacuum of space. Though her skin is susceptible to puncture wounds from high-velocity missiles like bullets and arrows, and she must use her bracelets to deflect such attacks.

Super Agility: Donna's agility is far beyond that of even an olympic level athlete.

Flight: Donna is capable of unassisted flight through magical means or through telekinesis. Donna can mystically fly at supersonic speeds while in the atmosphere, and can reach escape-velocity speeds while in space.

Healing: Donna's body heals at a superhuman level. Her normal regenerative abilities allow her to recover from injury within seconds to minutes. She possesses an immunity from poisons, toxins, and disease.

Superhuman Senses: All five of Donna's senses can be used at an superhuman degree.

Truth Sense: Donna is able to immediately sense whether a subject is telling the truth, and also has the ability to empathically coax the truth out of a subject.

Hand-to-Hand Combat: Donna is fully trained as a warrior of the Amazons and excels in many fighting techniques, both unarmed and with weapons.

Divine Powers: Donna is very resistant to magic attacks and is effective against her foes which use magic as their main power. Allowing her to battle against who uses them on a more even field.

Weapons and Equipment:
Amazon Made Lasso: As Wonder Girl, Donna employed an Amazon-made lasso, which was much stronger than normal rope but lacked the magical properties of Diana's Lasso of Truth.

Lasso of Persuasion: Donna has since acquired her own magical lasso, called the Lasso of Persuasion. This silvery lasso glows blue when its power is used, and anyone trapped within its coils must do as Donna commands as long as her willpower is greater than theirs. Donna has said that she has a "will of iron."

Bracelets: These are a pair of steel cuffs that are indestructible because they were created from Amazon magic, Donna's Bracelets work like her sister's Diana's. Donna uses her super reflexes to deflect projectiles, blades, punches, or any form of offensive attack used against her She can also use them to deflect an object back into her enemies.

Star Costume: Donna wears a costume with the pattern of a star field on it given to her by the Titans of Myth. The field could be used for navigation and pinpointed the exact location of New Cronos. She briefly updated her costume which consisted of a black unitard with red, star-shaped decorations running along the sides. However, she has since returned to her original star field costume.

Amazon Armor: When faced with a large threat Donna will wear her Amazon Battle Armor for added protection as well as use martial weapons such as swords.

Universe Orb: The Universe Orb is the repository of all knowledge and history of Universe.

Weapons:
As Wonder Woman, Donna used a sword and lasso. Donna often uses a staff of Amazon origin for sparing. Currently, Donna wields the Lasso of Persuasion.
Weaknesses:

Piercing Weapon Vulnerability: Donna is extremely resistant to blunt force attacks and has a vast tolerance for pain. Pressures, the vacuum of space, extreme heat and cold don't seem to faze her. And she can heal at a meta-human rate. However, Donna is somewhat vulnerable to piercing weapons, such as projectiles. Rifle or top notch machine-gun fire can cause bruising to slight penetration wounds, WHEN NOT blocked by her bracelets. Knives and swords of magical nature, as well as the attacker, will only cause pain and maybe, a temporary cut. Given her vast strength, it would be obvious that piercing weapons such as bullets, may penetrate her skin, but not her muscle tissue.


Story:

Donna has a lot of long cruel histories. She was sentenced to by the enemy Dark Star thinking it was Diana they had captured when in truth it was Donna. He had made it so she lived many lives each one ending in agony.

Hyperion tells Donna that she is unique and with the word “unique”, she remembers the multiverse before the Crisis on Infinite Earths. On Earth-One, she was saved from a fire by Wonder Woman and then was raised as an Amazon and became Wonder Girl. She joined the Teen Titans and married Terry Long. On Earth-Two, she was raised in an orphanage after Wonder Woman saved her. On Earth-S, she died in the fire, and on Earth-Seven, she was actually saved by the Anti-Monitor and she became his assistant called Dark Angel, who fled reality before the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Donna also points out she was Wonder Girl before wonder Woman even existed. Donna narrates how “this new universe didn’t quite know what to do with some of the more complicated holdovers from the multiverse”. Her history was a confusing one as it was always changed.

Donna led her group of heroes to New Cronus to deal with a rip in space caused by Alexander Luthor Jr. They tried to fight Luthor, but this results in some casualties, including the death of Jade and several other members who went missing. Donna also procured a red sun-eater in order to defeat Superboy-Prime. Following the events of the Infinite Crisis, Donna returned to New Cronus where she analyzed the history of the universe as it had been recorded in Harbinger's old Universe Orb.

Return of the Titans
Returning to Earth, Donna reunited with her old teammates, the Titans. The group re-formed after discovering that the children of one of their deadliest foes, Trigon, had been systematically hunting down members of the Titans both old and new. Upon re-joining her original team, Donna adopted a new costume which was intended to be a synthesis of her black costume and her classic red Wonder Girl costume, being black with two rows of red stars going down the front. This costume proved to be unpopular with fans, and Donna soon reverted to wearing her previous starry-night costume.

Blackest Night
In the storyline of Blackest Night, Donna was attacked by zombiefied Black Lanternversions of her son, Robert, and her ex-husband, Terry, who had both been killed in a car crash years earlier. After the battle, it was revealed that Donna had been bitten by one of the Black Lanterns and was slowly turning into one of them. Later on in this event, Donna became a Black Lantern herself, as did other fully-alive heroes who had once experienced death. Donna Troy was one of the previously resurrected heroes like Hal and Barry who became a White Lantern in order to resurrect Black Hand and sever Nekron's tether to earth. After Blackest Night and Cry For Justice, Donna became an active member of the Justice League of America.
