Yeah, I just recently found out that's where it started, but Youtube has a lot of them, and that's mainly what spread the trend to a lot of anime sites. Really, I don't mind it being a trend, but I will not tolerate people who act like the Popotan dance was based off of the song or is one of the fan-made ones. Especially those who first saw the trend on a different site and act like they were the ones who originally started it.

Actually, the Caramelldansen thing became just another trend on Nicovideo. There are insane amounts of those parodies there. /Random

It's from a Fate/Stay-Night manga. It's most likely a fan doujin. You can find them on a lot of translation pages dedicated to the anime/manga. I would suggest typing in Google "Funny Fate/Stay-Night manga translations".
