Recently, I got into an argument with my parents regarding my Gaia account. It was actually given to me by a friend who was quitting, since she couldn't delete it. They were concerned that this could pose a safety risk, but while they didn't force me to quit, I've decided to leave this account of my own accord.

I feel I've outgrown this site, and while I don't mean any offense to my friends, I can't remain in contact. I'm extremely nervous about sharing e-mails with people on large forums such as this one, let alone texts or phone calls (the suggestion... well it scares me frankly, and I'm a little torn up over what to do besides leave the source of my anxiety).

I'm sorry to those who feel this is short notice, or out of the blue, but it had to be done. I warned a few of you that I might not be on.
