Empress Dee is a dream character that I found out to be me when I was 11, but she was my character ever since I was 4.

The Renaissance Galaxy was formed long before empress dee had become a queen there. Before her, that galaxy was a real mess. Today, it is so well organized, that everyone loves the fact that they appointed her as their queen.
