It says that, but it's not true. neutral
Just like how you have to nominate yourself every day to get noticed, and it doesn't say that.
The people who select profiles to be featured also select the avatars, aquariums, etc.

Truth be told, that thread is so outdated just like the law in FL that says you cant shower naked.
