My rules.
1.) I do give back mispriced items if you ask.
2.) I will send you hate mail if you buy my mispriced Items, and I ask for them back and you do not return them. (but that rarely happens anyway... so biggrin ))
3.) I will probably put any mispriced items up for sale right away, so if I'm not online and it sells, sorry.
4.) If I have an item listed that you can't afford, do not ask for it for free.
5.) However I am willing to haggle.
6.) If you happen to buy from me, I don't care, unless your profile is private and you only allow Pm;s from friends, I WILL send you a thank you.
